1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and qqbet ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://qqbet.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein. 3. Deposits and Payment Methods

qqbet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a range of trusted local payment methods. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• qqbet does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. We are not responsible for such external fees.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed and no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding. qqbet aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request submission during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6).

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• You must have completed at least one deposit before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Any bonus funds still subject to active wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• qqbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions or accounts flagged for security review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

qqbet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds before they become withdrawable. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• qqbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited software, or engaging in coordinated wagering patterns — will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all associated funds, and permanent account suspension.

Bonuses and free spins awarded as part of a promotion have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or spins that expire will be forfeited automatically. Expiry timelines are stated on each individual promotion.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on qqbet are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including stake amount, odds, and market selection — before confirming any wager. qqbet will not void or refund bets due to player error after confirmation.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed interruption that affects the outcome of a bet or game, qqbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. qqbet's decision in such matters is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqbet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players, including match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategies intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraudulent transaction, or any other activity that violates applicable local or international law.
• Accessing the platform while self-excluded, suspended, or otherwise restricted from participation under our Responsible Gaming framework.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

qqbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that: the player has violated these Terms; the account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties; or the player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the qqbet platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team may be referred to binding arbitration. qqbet's decisions on matters of platform policy, bonus adjudication, and account standing are final.
